One of the biggest events to happen in South Africa was the Global Citizen Concert, closing off the year with a BANG! On the 2nd of December 2018, the world came to South Africa; from heads of state, dignitaries, a group of the world’s most talented artists and influencers, and thousands of global citizens. Tata Nelson Mandela, who would have been 100 years old last year, would have been proud to see his dream materialize in the country he gave so much to.

Vision View was honored to be part of the concert from a technical aspect. We supplied the OB facilities and the OB Technical Crew to Alfacam Broadcast Company that had acquired work From Viacom – Mtv. In the facilities we offered, we were able to broadcast their production to MTV and they were able to do live editing. To achieve this,the equipment that were used were the EVS XT3 and the Ex File 3 Machines – showcasing the fact that we are positioning ourselves as a state of the art broadcasting company.
